We provide the opportunity to take part in collective and individual training courses aimed at ice cream makers, created with the aim of providing in-depth expertise in the ice cream sector at 360 degrees, especially from a managerial, production, marketing and management point of view. They will take place at our premises and in our company laboratory where you will have the opportunity to come into contact with professionals in the sector who will help you with their experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to visit our customers’ laboratories and observe with your own eyes the daily work of an ice cream parlour. The course mixes theory and practical tests and aims to offer the highest level of training and preparation for successful future gelato makers.
We offer a technical assistance and maintenance service to solve all the problems that may arise in the daily work of an ice cream parlour. In our company we have a workshop of 300 square metres. Inside there is a technician to which we add the collaboration of external craftsmen to offer you the maximum competence and the highest seriousness because the post-sale phase has become more important than the sale itself and for this reason we do not want to neglect any detail paying attention to all the needs of our customers. Moreover, we have been dealers of the Cattabriga brand for over 30 years.
